Where we stop
White Glove Medical Billing provides medical coding, billing, claim submission, and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices. All coding is performed by certified coders credentialed through the AAPC or AHIMA, working strictly from the documentation the practice provides. We are not a healthcare provider, not a law firm, not an insurance company, and not a government agency, and we hold no accreditation or endorsement from any payer, plan, or government program. We do not practice medicine, examine patients, or determine medical necessity — a code reflects what the record documents, and where the record does not support a code we query the provider rather than assume. Claims are submitted under the provider's own National Provider Identifier, and the practice remains responsible for the clinical record and for certifying the medical necessity of what it documents.
That boundary is the point of this program. We do not compete with you for the advisory work, the consulting, or the front office at the practice — we do the coding and claim work underneath it and hand back current, reconciled A/R. Your engagement letter and your client relationship stay entirely yours.

Reseller program questions
How does the discount work on percentage-based billing?
It comes off the rate. An 8% rate becomes 6% for you, and the $500 monthly minimum becomes $375. You can charge your client 8%, more, or a flat fee of your own.
Can I resell A/R recovery on its own?
Yes. A/R recovery is priced as a percentage of what we recover, and you get 25% off that percentage too.
What does it cost to become a reseller?
$10,000, paid once. It covers every service line in the program: licensing, credentialing, medical billing, bookkeeping and marketing. The 25% discount applies to services, not to the setup fee.
How much is the reseller discount?
25% off our list price on every service, including the percentage-based ones like medical billing and ad management. It lasts as long as you're a reseller.
Can I charge my clients whatever I want?
Yes. You bill your clients directly and set your own prices. Your cost is our list price less 25%, and everything above that is yours.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Your clients hire you, pay you and call you. We do the work in the background, under your brand or ours, whichever your client expects.
Can I resell services this website doesn't offer?
Yes. The setup fee covers the whole White Glove family, not only White Glove Medical Billing. The other service lines are listed at the bottom of this page.
What if I'd rather just refer clients?
Join the affiliate program instead. There's no fee. You send clients to us, we sell to them, do the work and bill them, and you earn 15% of everything we bill each client for 2 years.
